LIFE Business: One-Time Cash Awards (OTCAs)

The LIFE business has a goal to be the best entrepreneurial start-up company for budding entrepreneurs. By providing life-changing information in the 8Fs and the top-paying LIFE Business Compensation Plan, we are well on our way. For 2013, LIFE has announced that the One-Time Cash Awards (OTCAs) have been increased at nearly every level. Because LIFE flows so much of the profits back to the field Members, our goal is, as we grow, to increase the bonuses offered to Members for customers and communities. What other company does that? Here are the details.

Below are the ranks and respective OTCAs for 2013:
Leader 6
receives $3,000. (As an aside, if a Member is Trip Tracking, he will have received a free vacation earlier as well.)
This means you have to qualify as a Leader for six months out of the year with at least three consecutive months.
There are two ways you can qualify as a Leader:
1. Have a total of 15,000 PV or more with no downline Members with 15,000 PV or
2. If you do have a downline Member with 15,000 PV in your first Team, you must have 6,000 PV outside of your first Team, which includes all outside Teams, personal volume, and customer volume.
Leader 12
receives $12,000 (up from $8,000 last year). (Trip Tracking Leader 12’s receive another free vacation)
This means you have to start qualifying in January, so you can qualify for all twelve months of the year.
Coordinator 6
receives $6,000 (up from $4,000 last year).
Coordinator 12
receives $15,000 (up from $10,000 last year).
Sr. Coordinator 6
receives $15,000 (up from $10,000 last year).
Sr. Coordinator 12
receives $25,000.
Life Coach 6
receives $50,000 (up from $30,000 last year).
Life Coach 12
receives $100,000 (up from $80,000 last year).
Executive Life Coach 6
receives $100,000 (up from $50,000 last year).
Executive Life Coach 12
receives $150,000 (up from $125,000 last year).
Double Life Coach 6
receives $150,000 (up from $75,000 last year).
Double Life Coach 12
receives $200,000.
Triple Life Coach 6
receives $200,000 (up from $100,000 last year).
Triple Life Coach 12
receives $250,000.

It is amazing that the Life business just keeps getting better. It has only been one year but there have been an incredible amount of improvements already made. Great to be in business with people that create a level playing field so that everyone can benefit, based on their performance.

I agree Bill. Coming from a pharmacist background, I never had an opportunity to receive bonuses like here. In fact, bonuses were being taken away. I think the best part about this income opportunity is you get to bring others along with you. Anyone can receive the bonuses, so it’s fair, and you all have set up a system that helps the brand new person win. Thanks to you and the founders of LIFE for this opportunity. Godspeed to 1 million!

It is efforts and improvements like this that have inspired the changes I have made in my S business to encourage entrepreneurship rather than create dependent employees. Giving others the opportunity to chase more of the money by providing measurable means to do so creates an independence that can not be duplicated in the wage environment. Where else could such opportunity be provided at the cost of a typical hobby. Thanks again Orrin.

The LIFE business is different in so many ways than what Americans are used to. We’ve got a company looking for ways to give people more money. This is not like the pay freezes and cuts so many people have seen in from employers.

Wow! Never saw that kind of compensation in any other opportunity… traditional business or networking.
Sure beats a “free car” that you can get stuck paying the payments if you don’t meet your requirements:)
We won a cruise in 1990 but the requirement was we had to sell 100 more water softeners than we sold the year before. Then we were in class instead of enjoying ourselves on the cruise.
Here you just have to learn how to build communities and they keep growing and your bonus keeps getting bigger:)
…not to mention all the all-expense luxury trips you get and you actually have the time to enjoy them.
