Building Confidence
Posted by Orrin Woodward on January 24, 2014
Bill Lewis does an excellent job in this video explaining how great victories are accomplished through the compounding of small victories. LIFE Leadership teaches a person how to build upon small victories to achieve the bigger victories in life. Bill and Jackie Lewis are a great example of these principles as they have overcome so much to become the champions they are today. Leadership is about changing and growing everyday; therefore, leaders must build reason to change that are bigger than their excuses to not change.
Sincerely,

How do I build confidence? One step at a time. And I celebrate every little victory like it was a big victory! Growth will and does happen. Thanks, Orrin, and thanks Bill Lewis for the reminder. 🙂

Simple things seem so simple that many don’t bother to DO them. An assumption is made that it’s so easy- of course I can do that! Now if everyone just DID it, you’re saying everyone would build their confidence. Come on everyone, LET’S DO IT! There is so much left to be done in this world. Thanks for the insight and reminder Orrin and Bill!

Orrin,
As a former Scout Sniper and Reconnaissance Marine I want to say thank you for enabling veterans like myself to secure their spot in history and bring the country back to the foundational principles through a vehicle such as LIFE Leadership. I’m sold out on your vision to 1 Million people. Many veterans feel the need for change on an entirely different level than most civilians. Thanks to the many leaders who paved the way in this industry, we have a voice that can now be heard. A platform to rise and a proven path to follow. My family thanks you, my fellow veterans thank you, and most of all the future generations will thank you. I sincerely believe this organization will be as common as a VISA card for those wishing to pursue a life of leadership. Semper Fi and God Bless!

Thank you Orrin and Bill. It’s very true that the little victories make a big difference in the big picture. I know my relationships with my wife, my God and my children are better since applying these principles that you teach. I can’t thank all the leaders from LIFE enough.

THE BOOK ” THE ANT AND THE ELEPHANT ” BEGINS BY INFORMING THE READER THAT THE INDIVIDUAL SHOULD LEARN TO LEAD HERSELF/HIMSELF FIRST …
BY THE WAY THE RECORDING ON THE TOPIC ” WHY, HOW, WHAT ” IS A GREAT ONE …

Orrin,
Great video about the simple victories in life. It is amazing how something so “simple” can have such a HUGE impact in someone’s life. My mentor, Marc Militello, has been teaching this principle since I have known him and has helped me start to apply these “simple” little truths into my life too. They really are “simple”, simple TO DO and simple NOT TO DO. Thanks for the encouraging message.

Excellent, follows right along with the slight edge book. Doing the small things to become habits that determine the great things in the future. Like someone mentioned from the Ant and the elephant book, Its a reminder to continue feeding your elephant the small handfuls of positive peanuts along the way so you don’t have an emaciated elephant that just wants to sit all the time. Great suggestion, implementing it today!
