Since the world continues to grow more complex, so too must its leaders continue to grow. World leaders, in short, must increase capacity to handle more complexity. And the company that creates the best environment for people to grow personally will increase its professional capacity the fastest. This is the only sustainable competitive advantage today.

Life Leadership materials should be tought at USA Universities and Colleges as well as Australia’s and all over the world, The Curreculums teaches Skills and Information about mangement but not the Leadership and the soul of the enterpruners and enterprises ,as Life Leadership materials and Information and the goal seeing and dream building and persestency and determenation should be available ,to all students, corporates,comuninties, even resach and development ,even in schools since age 6 to high school.
